The coagulated myocardial volume of the beating heart was significantly larger than that of the arrested heart, indicating the YAG laser energy is absorbed by red myocardium to greater extent than it is by white myocardium. In conclusion, during intraoperative laser ablation, the presence or absence of blood in cardiac tissue is an important factor for safe irradiation., 金沢大学医薬保健研究域医学系}, pages = {870--872}, title = {Laser Ablation における心筋の凝固様式の基礎的研究: 血液の有無による差異の検討}, volume = {45}, year = {1992} }
