Fluorescent alkaline phosphatase antibody can label osteosarcoma. Although GFP (green) is widely used for fluorescent imaging, it has a problem of autofluorescence. Red or infrared were better observed to detect cells without autofluorescence. Real-time imaging performed in mouse lung metastasis model, the contribution of immune cells for early step of metastasis was observed.
