| 内容記述 | 本研究は、乳がんに対して腋窩リンパ節郭清術後に生じた者のうち、まだリンパ浮腫と診断されておらず主観的変化をも生じていない者を早期リンパ浮腫と定義し、真皮・皮下組織の構造をエコーで明らかにした。早期リンパ浮腫患者の皮下組織厚に特徴があり新しい指標としての有用性が示唆されたため、次に臨床導入に向けてポケット型エコーによる妥当性の検証を行った。その結果、ポケット型エコーの有用性が期待できると示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The aim of this research was to reveal the structure of skin and subcutaneous tissue for early-stage lymphoedema patients. We defined early-stage lymhoedema as non-oedema after lymph node dissection for breast cancer. We assessed dermal and subcutaneous sturucture by ultrasonography. As result, we could find the new indicator as "thickness " of subcutaneous tissue.Then, pocket ultrasound device was validated to calculate the thickness of subcutaneous tissue.It will be contributed on the new assessment method for early stage lymphoedema patients. |
