 note = {本研究は、高齢者の排尿パターンと介護者の腰部負担軽減を考慮した施設高齢者のためのおむつ選択基準を開発することを目的とした。急性期病院において看護師が入院または手術後早期から高齢患者に対して排尿機能をアセスメントして排尿行動の自立にむけて取り組んだ。その結果、高齢患者が排尿自立して退院、もしくは次への情報提供に繋げることが出来た。これらより生活機能の維持・拡大につながる有用性が示唆された。, This study was intended to develop the diaper criteria for selection for elderly patents in consideration of an urination pattern and care burden reduction. A nurse performed assessment of an urination function for an elderly patient after hospitalization or an operation in a hospital from an early stage and wrestled for the independence of the urination action. As a result, I urinated, and an elderly patient became independent and was able to connect to a discharge or the reporting to next.
