 note = {AMPK活性化薬剤のアポトーシス誘導を検討した結果、投与24時間後には顕著にアポトーシスが起こっていた。この薬剤の細胞増殖因子の経時的なmRNA発現を確認した結果、mTOR ならびにAkt1、Akt3の発現減弱を認めた。また、p53ならびにp21の発現が増加していた。タンパク質発現の変動を検討した結果、Phospho-mTORは経時的に発現量が減少し、p53ならびにp21の発現増加を認めた。
浸潤に対する薬剤の効果を検討した結果、投与群では有意に浸潤抑制効果が確認できた。MMPsの発現を検討した結果、pro-MMP-2の発現減弱を認めた。さらにARK5の経時的mRNA発現減弱を認めた。, Apoptosis induction with AMPK activating agents was examined using an apoptosis detection kit, demonstrating marked apoptosis induction at 24 hours after administration.The mRNA expressions of cell growth factors were examined with AMPK activating agents, demonstrating the decreased expressions of mTOR and Akt1, Akt3 and the increased expressions of p53 and p21. Their protein expressions were also examined, demonstrating the decreased expression of phospho-mTOR over time and the increased expressions of p53 and p21.
The effects of AMPK activating agents on invasion were examined, demonstrating significant inhibitory effects on invasion in treated groups. The expressions of MMPs were examined, demonstrating the decreased expression of pro-MMP-2.
