 note = {本研究では肝細胞癌患者に対する癌免疫療法の１つとして、細胞傷害性Ｔ細胞レセプターを用いることによって、より効率的かつ強力に癌免疫を誘導できる手法の開発を行った。
本研究成果として、ペプチドワクチンを投与した患者において誘導される癌抗原に特異的な細胞傷害性Ｔ細胞の特徴を明らかにした。また、肝細胞癌の免疫治療に有用と思われるＴ細胞レセプターの候補を取得し、同レセプターを用いた癌免疫療法の臨床試験を行うための基盤情報を整備した。, In this study, we tried to develop an immunological method to induce a stronger and more efficient cancer immunity using cytotoxic T cell receptor as a cancer immunotherapy for hepatocellular carcinoma patients.
We characterized the cancer antigen-specific cytotoxic T cells induced by peptide vaccine in hepatocellular carcinoma patients.
