 note = {本研究では肝細胞癌の免疫療法に有用と考えられるペプチドワクチンの開発を行った。その結果、以下に記載する成果が得られた。1)肝細胞癌が発現するアルファフェトプロテイン(AFP)とヒトテロメラーゼ逆転写酵素(hTERT)におけるヘルパーT細胞エピトープを同定した。2)同エピトープに対する免疫反応が肝細胞癌患者の末梢血リンパ球において確認された。3)同エピトープのアミノ酸配列をもつペプチドワクチンを開発した。, In the present study, we tried to develop immunotherapy for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) by peptide vaccine.
