| 内容記述 | 本研究では、19世紀後半のマンチュリアにおける清朝の諸改革に関する史料の抽出と整理を行い、その諸改革の背景や内容を比較して諸改革間の関連性についての検討を進め、その諸改革全体が有する特徴に関する考察を試みた。その結果、以下のような知見・見通しを得た。 (1)洋務運動期のマンチュリアにおける諸改革は、マンチュリア南部では、漢人移民や馬賊集団を実質的に把握・統制するため、1870年代から主として官制改革のかたちで推進された。(2)他方、マンチュリア北部では、馬賊の発生や1880年代前後の北東アジアにおける国際的変動の激化のため、軍事的な対応を緊急に実現すべく軍事色の強い兵制改革が推進された。 |

| 内容記述 | In this research, I picked up some documents on political reforms carried out by the Qing government in the latter half of the 19th century Manchuria, and focused on the relationship among the reforms through comparing each of them with others in order to analyze the characteristics of them. I have some remarks as follows. (1) In southern Manchuria (mainly Mukden and Jilin), the Qing government began to carry out some administrative reforms in the mid 1870's in order to control and manage the Han immigrants and bandits in Manchuria. (2) On the other hand, in 1880's in northern Manchuria (mainly Heilongjiang), some military reforms were aimed at reinforcing the banner army in Manchuria against the background of the inter-regional and international difficulties in the Northeast Asia. |
