 note = {本研究は、農山村の地域資源を基礎にした地域振興の課題に対して、条件不利地域における知識集約的なサービス工程の導入という観点から、資源開発・流通管理・人材調達を統合した地域マネジメントの政策理論の開発を試みた。地域資源を活かした事業を作り出していく「政策工程」のデザインを想定し、①地域資源の基盤となる自然環境や商品流通に関する学習過程、②地域外からの知識の持ち込みによるローカルフードシステムの再構築、③地域産業の現状把握を踏まえた利害関係者による事業創出実験、といった諸工程を実証的に検証した。, This study was made to theorize regional revitalization policies in the rural and disadvantaged area from the point of view of the introduction of knowledge-intensive service process including regional resource development, distribution management and talent supply.
