| 内容記述 | 参入支援政策を運用する上で中心的な機関は参入支援機関である。この参入支援機関は、雇用可能性に応じて7つの機関に分かれて設置され、受給者の抱える困難性の多様性に対応している。その一方で、これらの支援機関は、支援事業のデータベースによる共有化、定期的な会合を通して連携している。したがって、RSAにおける就労支援の推進体制は、参入支援機関の連携が織りなす多様性機能と調整機能によって支えられている。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Independent support services were created to promote employment insertion among RSA recipients. Their role is more specifically to connect recipients with all the different supporting actors. Seven different services are in charge of covering the wide spectrum of cases and difficulties faced by the recipients, depending on their employability. At the same time these services have tightened their collaboration through the sharing of a variety of information database on the supporting actors as well as through regular meetings. Therefore, the promotion of employment insertion within the RSA system is supported by the adjustment of its diversity. | |||||
