| 内容記述 | 本研究においては、雇用形態の多様化の背後にある、仕事の二極分化を捉えるために、従来使われてきた従業上の地位の分類枠組みを改良することを目指した。このため平成27年度において、調査会社が保有するモニターのうち18歳から49歳の男女（学生を除く）を対象にインターネット調査を行った。その結果、正規雇用と非正規雇用との格差について確認するとともに、正規雇用のなかでも福利厚生や待遇面、そして仕事への満足度などに大きな格差が存在しており、それらが仕事の成果や業績の評価のしやすさと関連している傾向も明らかになった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In this study, I attempted to revise the classification scheme of employment status to grasp properly the polarization of job which is behind the recent diversification of employment in Japan. For this purpose, I carried out the web survey(Computer Assisted Web Interviewing) for men and women aged 18-49 years old (excluding students) in AY2015. As a result, I verified that there is big disparity between regular workers and non-regular workers and also that there are differences about salary, welfare and job satisfaction of employees among the regular workers. And, these outcomes suggests that these differences among regular workers comes from the the degree of difficulty involved in monitoring the work performed by employees. |
