We developed the world’s highest level of “high-gain and low-noise” analog ASIC (application specific integrated circuit), and we demonstrated readout for X-ray signal above 1 keV. We performed radiation tolerant tests for all peripheral electric parts, and confirmed their tolerances are more than 10 years in satellite orbit.
