| 内容記述 | 東アジアでは、2000年以後、銀行がその貸出先を企業から家計へ変化させている。この金融仲介パターンの変化は、マクロ経済と金融との連関やアジア諸国・地域間の金融循環や景気循環の同調性に対して影響を与えてきた。しかし、この金融仲介の変化の程度はアジア諸国間でばらつきがある。住宅価格循環と景気循環の同調性の程度は、より家計向け貸出が高い地域で、2000年代に上昇した。そして、家計向け貸出がより高いアジア諸国・地域間では、住宅価格循環や景気循環の同調性の程度は上昇した。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In East Asia, banks have shifted from corporate focused lending to household focused lending since about 2000. This change in the pattern of financial intermediation has affected the macro-financial linkages and the financial and business cycle synchronizations across East Asian economies. However, the degrees of the change in financial intermediation vary across East Asian economies. The degree of synchronization between housing-price cycle and business cycles has increased in the 2000s for economies with more highly developed household credits. And, the degree of housing-price and business cycle synchronizations across economies with more highly developed household credits has increased. | |||||
