| 内容記述 | 本研究は、学校教育紛争の変容について、特に教育改革法制と学校・教師と保護者の関係性に着目して分析し、関係機関の現状の調査を踏まえて双方の関係性再構築に資する教育ADRの構築の手掛かりを得ることを目的とするものである。研究の結果、教育改革法制のもと、学校・教師と保護者は垂直的な関係から水平的な関係に変容しつつあること、そのもとで保護者要求の困難化が生じ、学校現場が混乱を来していること、他方で保護者の合意調達を目的とする対応システムの整備によって、学校・教師が新たに不可視的な優位性を構築しつつあることが明らかになった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to analyze the transformation of school conflict in education reform period, especially focuses on education reform laws and relations between school teachers and guardians of pupils, for acquiring clues of education ADR. The results of this study are as follows, (1) there is a tendency that guardians gain superiority over teachers by introducing a market mechanism to school sphere, and (2) many schools are thrown into confusion by becoming difficult of guardian's claims, on the other,(3) there is another tendency that teachers gain new and invisible superiority over guardians by constructing the systems that aim to make agreements with guardians about their claim resolutions. | |||||
