 note = {社会的包摂を視点とした国際比較研究（主にフィンランド）の結果から、以下の点を確認できた。ラヒホイタヤ教育は移民を含めて、フィンランドで定職を確保するうえで大きな役割を担っていること。補助介護職種教育は、言語能力の不足する移民労働者に対して職業機会の拡大をもたらしていること。他方我が国の限定的な外国人労働者の受入は３つに分かれており、問題が多く介護人材の確保に結びついていない。
今後外国人介護人材を確保するには、高等教育機関での教育効果及び定着可能性の高い、若年層への対応、就労困難者を含めた補助職種の創設等の検討が必要である。, From the results of international comparative studies (mainly Finland) from the viewpoint of social inclusion, the following points were confirmed.Lähihoitaja Education, including immigrants, plays a major role in securing work in Finland．Assistant care work education has resulted in expansion of occupational opportunities for immigrant workers with lack of language skills．
