It promotes the cooling speed and improves the shape accuracy. In this research, spirallyformed cooling channel was located between the ribs where heat accumulates and causes the temperature difference in the work piece. The effect of the reduction of the warp has been confirmed compared with a steel mold with conventionalcooling channels.
