| 内容記述 | In the low growth age, it is very important to built effective and rational urban structure for city area, and it is essential for urban planning to control properly in the Urbanization Control Area. This paper analyzes policies and decisions by local main cities for actual building activities in Urbanization Control Area by questionnaire survey, because there are a great deal of variety in these policies among main cities. This paper also study on possibility to use district plan system in Urbanization Control Area based on the survey and existing district. | |||||||||
