| 内容記述 | Land Readjustment Project has played a major role for land readjustment in urbanizing area in Japan. This paper tries to clarify actual urbanization achievement after Land Readjustment Project in Kanazawa City region as a case of regional central city. It is described based by indices, like as area, population and population density. Relationship between distribution of population density and relating factors, like as passing time after project, type of designated zoning, type of project enforcement organization, trunk road in the project area and distance from the city center, are also analyzed. Then, using quantification theory I, multivariable analysis is done. | |||||||||||
