| 内容記述 | Building activities except designated land uses are not allowed in the Urbanization Control Area(UCA) and urban land use planning is not done for UCA . This paper reviews building activities in the urban area of Kanazawa City in recent ten years as a whole including UCA . As result of the study , a certain level of building activities for urban land use is done , which includes a lot of land uses for public facilities and medical facilities. Planning institutions relating control method for building activities for urban land use are also studied and several points of improvements for creating better land use conditions in UCA are presented. | |||||||||
