Under the influence of the Cultural Heritage of UNESCO, ethnic cultures create the chance to make huge profits among several actors such as government officials, local scholars, ethnic elites and local people. In this paper, I will focus on the process of tourism development of the Lancang Lahu autonomous county in Yunnan province, which based on a motif of the creation myth of Lahu people.
