Although [99mTc]sestamibi and [99mTc]tetrofosmin has been reported to be the same method, we clarified that [99mTc]sestamibi had affinity to MDR1 and MRP1, whereas [99mTc]tetrofosmin had affinity to MDR1 and MRP1-3. Thus, these SPECT tracers had different method for multidrug resistance prediction in this study.
