| 内容記述 | 今日日本の教育機関に対しグローバル人材育成の期待が急速に高まっているが，そのような傾向の中で，特に，留学生との協働活動「多文化間ディスカッション」が授業内に盛んに導入されるようになってきた。この現状において，そのような授業を成功に導くための方法論の開発は必須である。本研究では，実践調査・分析により，ディスカッション参加者の役割の自己認識と相互認識，及び相づち等のソーシャルサポートのスキルが「多文化ディスカッション」をファシリテートするための重要な要因であることがわかった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In recent years, as expectation rapidly rises on Japanese educational institutions to produce global human resources of the future, more and more "Multi-cultural Discussion" activities or "Group Discussion" activities have been introduced in class. In this tendency, development of the method for their success is indispensable without question. In our research, we collected sets of data and analyzed them. We have found that understanding of the roles of discussion members as well as the skills for "social support" such as back-channeling during discussion are the important factors in order to facilitate successful "Multi-cultural Discussion." | |||||
