| 内容記述 | 性的マイノリティ（LGBTなど）に関する人権保障が世界各国で進められている。この研究では、尊厳と平等の視点から権利の内容を整理し、日本国内で進められている性的マイノリティに関する法政策の現状と課題を検討した。2015年頃から急激に進展してきた法政策は、経済的利益や弱者保護の側面が強く、包括的な人権保障は実現されていない。国際人権基準の先例や国際機関・条約機関からの勧告には性的マイノリティの人権保障への道筋が明確に示されており、国内法政策を進める上でも極めて有益である。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | It is clear global trend to promote human rights of LGBTQs in this decade. This study elaborated these human rights from the viewpoint of dignity and equality, and examined the current situations and issues of laws and policies regarding LGBTQs in Japan. Many of these has been created from the perspective of economic benefits and protection of the weak, not from the comprehensive human rights protection. In this point, the precedents of international human rights standards and recommendations from international organizations and treaty bodies clearly show what should be done by government for realization of human rights of LGBTQs. | |||||
