期遺伝子の転写制御に関わる新奇因子を同定するため、シロイヌナズナのR1R2R3-Myb遺伝子破壊株に見られる細胞質分裂の異常が促進される変異体の単離およびその原因遺伝子の同定を行った。現在までに同定することができた原因遺伝子の一つは、細胞質分裂を制御するMAPキナーゼカスケードを構成するMAPKKキナーゼであった。また、他の複数の変異体についても同様に解析を進めており、原因遺伝子の同定を行う予定である。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_9_description_22":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"研究課題/領域番号:19570034,
