| 内容記述 | 高尿酸血症は心血管疾患の危険因子の一つと考えられていることから，本研究では尿酸が血管内皮細胞内の尿酸濃度の調節機構に及ぼす影響を検討した．高尿酸血症時の尿酸濃度処置によりABCG2の内在化が引き起こされ，形質膜での発現減少することで尿酸の細胞外排出が低下して細胞が障害されることを見出した．また，高尿酸血症モデルラットの腎臓においてMate1およびOct2の発現減少が基質化合物の体内動態を変化させることが示唆された． | |||||

| 内容記述 | Since hyperuricemia is considered to be one of the risk factors for cardiovascular disease, this study examined the effect of uric acid on the regulation mechanism of uric acid concentration in vascular endothelial cells. It was found that the treatment with uric acid at hyperuricemia caused internalization of ABCG2, and the decrease in the expression at the plasma membrane reduced the extracellular excretion of uric acid and resulted in cell damage. In addition, it was suggested that decreased expression of Mate1 and Oct2 alters the pharmacokinetics of the substrate compound in the kidney of hyperuricemia model rats. | |||||
