We generated one homozygous gene-corrected HoFH-iPSC clone and two heterozygous gene-corrected HoFH-iPSC clones using the CRISPR/Cas9 system. Subsequently, we obtained functionally corrected HLCs with significantly recovered LDL uptake ability compared to those without gene correction.
