| 内容記述 | 習慣化が困難として知られる固定インターバル条件において、「個体がインターバルをモニターし続けるために必要な持続性注意が習慣化を阻害する」と仮説を立て、レバー押しのタイミングを教示するシグナルを付加してオペラント訓練を施行したところ、動物の行動は予想通り習慣化した。また、「目標指向性行動から習慣化への移行を妨げるのは訓練の連日反復であり、逆に移行を促進するのは一定期間の訓練休止である」と仮説を立て、通常習慣化しない7日間のオペラント訓練の後に行動が目標指向性であることを確認の後、2週間の訓練休止期間を挟んで習慣化の有無を再検討したところ、行動が習慣化していることを確認した。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | To verify the hypothesis that sustained attention may interfere with habit expression during an operant learning under fixed internal schedule, we first provided buzzer sounds that instruct the timing of lever press to rats. As a result, when buzzer sounds were contingent to the timing of lever press, rats' behavior became habitual. We next tried to verify another hypothesis that while repeated daily training prevent the transfer from goal-directed to habitual, a certain period of training abstinence promotes habit expression. To this aim, we trained rats for 7 days and confirmed that their behaviors were still goal-directed at this point, Then, followed by 2 weeks of abstinence and 3 days of re-training, the second outcome devaluation test revealed that their behaviors became habitual, as we expected. |
