{"created":"2023-07-27T06:54:57.694589+00:00","id":50559,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"22e3ac1e-0def-40b8-a73e-84b416aff77e"},"_deposit":{"created_by":18,"id":"50559","owners":[18],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"50559"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:kanazawa-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00050559","sets":["2812:2813:2840"]},"author_link":["91466","1930"],"item_9_biblio_info_8":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"1994-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageStart":"61p.","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"1992-1993","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"平成5(1993)年度 科学研究費補助金 一般研究(C) 研究成果報告書"},{"bibliographic_title":"1993 Fiscal Year Final Research Report","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_9_creator_33":{"attribute_name":"著者別表示","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{}]}]},"item_9_description_21":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"【目的】\n本研究は人工股関節全置換患者の患者教育に有効な手段を明らかにするために、術後1年間患者の術後の回復過程についてprospectiveに検討し、回復に関わる要因や術後の生活の満足度について検討すること、さらに術後長期経過した例の持つ問題をも明らかにすることを目的に平成4年度と5年度の2年間にわたるものである。\n【対象および方法】\n対象は金沢大学医学部附属病院で人工股関節全置換術を受け,退院後の経過を追跡することのできた患者226名である。方法は、大学病院退院時および退院後2〜3ヵ月毎に現在の日常生活関連動作の自立状況、日常生活の過し方、1本杖使用の有無、体重の変化等について、外来での面接または一部郵送により調査を行った。日常生活関連動作の項目は、日本整形外科学会変形性股関節症判定基準の日常動作をもとに、経験的に日常使われる動作を加えた11項目である。評価は自立3点、部分介助2点、全介助(不能を含む)1点とした。生活の満足度はSelman,S.W.のModified Arthritis Impact Measurement Scaleを使用し,手術後半年後と1年後に郵送法で調査した。\n【結果の概要】\n(1)ADL11項目の回復状況を退院時、3ヵ月、6ヵ月、12ヵ月に検討した結果、術後3ヵ月の時点での回復状況の変化が、その後の経過に有用であると示唆された。\n(2)日常生活関連動作8動作は術前に自立の低い群も1年後にほぼ自立を示した。即ち、自立の高い群は低い群に比べて3,6ヵ月後では有意に自立が高かったが、12ヵ月後では変らなかった。\n(3)QOLサブスケールの経時的な比較では、6ヵ月後と12ヵ月後に特徴的な変化がみられたのは、可動性と社会活動であった。QOLの関連要因では、健康感がよい、合併症がない、6ヵ月後の日常生活関連動作が平均よりわるいが挙げられた。\n(4)2年以上経過例の問題として、耐用年数、健側の股関節の状態、術部の痛み等をきがかりとしている者が過半数であった。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"The purpose of this study was to evaluate the recovery process of categories on movement in daily living and quality of life of 226 patients after Thorl Hip Arthroplasty (THA). We investigated recovery process of discharge from K University Hospital on 11 categories on movement in daily living after 3 months, 6 months and 12 months form THA.We used Modified Arthritis Impact Measurement Scales for evaluation of quality of life.\nThe results were as follows : The recovery process on 11 categories in a year after THA was classified into 4 groups. The conditions of recovery during three months after THA made significant differnces. After THA compared with before THA, there were affimative reactions on social rolls, social activities, anxiety and mobility. There was also a positive corelation among all variables.
