mRNA陽性所見,さらにそれ以降では,マクロファージ及び線維芽細胞に各炎症性サイトカインのシグナルを認めた.また,各炎症性サイトカインのmRNA発現量は,受傷後,急激に増加し,IL-6は受傷後6時間目に,IL-1α,IL-1β,TNFαは受傷後48から72時間目にかけてピークに達することを明らかにした.\n2.IL-1αの法医実務への応用として,ヒト皮膚損傷において一切片当たり,10視野の平均IL-1α陽性細胞の割合が30%を超えていた場合,その損傷が受傷後1日以下であることを明らかにした.\n3.マウス皮膚損傷部局所におけるIL-10蛋白及びmRNA発現量は,受傷後1から6時間目にかけてその強い発現が認められた.また,IL-10に対する中和抗体の投与実験の結果,IL-10は皮膚損傷において炎症を制御する\"key\"サイトカインであるを示した.さらに法医病理学的に皮膚損傷部におけるIL-10 mRNAの発現が,局所生活反応の指標となり得ることを示した.\n4.マウス皮膚損傷においてFas及びFasは,両者とも好中球には局在せず,マクロファージや線維芽細胞の細胞膜や細胞質に陽性所見が認められた.特に,マクロファージや線維芽細胞では,Fas又はFas L単独で陽性を示すものと,両者ともに陽性を示すものとが混在して認められた.また,Fas及びFas Lの発現量は,受傷後6日目で最大となることから,Fas-Fas L系を介したアポトーシスが,皮膚創傷治癒過程の増殖期に重要な役割を果たしている可能性が示唆された.\n5.ヒト皮膚損傷において,c-Jun及びc-Fosは好中球,マクロファージや線維芽細胞の核に陽性所見が認められた.これらの結果はc-Jun及びc-Fosが皮膚創傷治癒,特に細胞増殖と密接な関係のあることを明らかにした.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_9_description_22":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"研究課題/領域番号:08457146,
