Summary","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_9_creator_33":{"attribute_name":"著者別表示","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{}]}]},"item_9_description_21":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"6年度は、政治参加の実態について、主として東京の参政権保障連絡会(準)のメンバーを中心に調査した。その結果は、参政権保障連絡会ニュースにまとめてきたが、7年6月に『私たちの参政権-障害をもつ人々の立場から』として発行した。\n障害をもつ人々の参政権保障の問題点と改善点が、障害をもつ人々自身の声で語られているところが貴重であり、2年間にわたる実態調査と議論の成果である。\nとくに、従来ほとんど取り上げられなかった精神障害をもつ人に関する参政権保障の実態を患者自らの訴えとして、さらに知的障害をもつ人の「せんきょ たのしい がんばるよ」という声を掲載できたことは、大きな意義をもつ。\n6年度は、政治改革とりわけ選挙制度改革が障害をもつ人々の参政権に与える影響を検討してきた。とくに、6年6月20日に発表された、政見放送研究会報告書を検討し、その意義と限界、問題点について全日本ろうあ連盟機関誌『月刊みみ』、および日本手話通訳士協会機関誌に発表した。\nさらに、参政権保障の意義と現状について高齢者にまで拡大して検討した。\n7年度に、以上の成果を、研究成果報告書『「障害者」の参政権保障に関する総合的調査研究』としてまとめた。\n今後、「障害をもつひと」の政治参加と参政権保障制度の実態、さらには福祉制度とのかかわりをふくめた総合的調査を課題としたい。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"Contents
