Summary","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_9_creator_33":{"attribute_name":"著者別表示","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{}]}]},"item_9_description_21":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"今回の調査により、珠洲市の医療・福祉施策の実態と日置地区住民の健康、医療、福祉に関する意識、さらには行政への要望が明らかになった。\n特に、医療・福祉の欠落した地域では、住民は健康に最大限注意して暮らしているものの、いったん病気になり、あるいは寝たきりになって通院等不可能な状態になると地域に住み続けることができなくなる。\nそこで若年労働力や、出稼ぎのような労働力移動にともなう「過疎化」とは違い、高齢者、病人、障害者等の流出による「もう一つの過疎化」が進行しているのである。\n高齢化にともなってこうした事態はますます顕著になり、地域社会の崩壊すら招きかねない。\nそこに、地域住民の切実な要求として医療機関の設置、医療を受けるためのアプロ-チの改善、とりわけバス路線の充実、運賃の引き下げ等が見られるのである。\n我々は、過疎化進行の過程と医療、福祉の関係を住民の生活史をも追跡することによって明かにし、住民の健康権保障にふさわしい地域保健、医療、福祉のシステムを探求するつもりである。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"We researched the condition of provisions of medical and welfare services in underpopulated and highly aged district, Hioki, Suzu city, Isikawa Prefecture.\nThere are not a hospital and people can't reserve any welfare services.\nAs a result We find that the people who are aged, sicked or handicapped can't live in underpopulated district.\nSo they go to hospital in Kanazawa, the biggest city in Isikawa, or move into their children's house.\nWe call this phenomenon an another underpopulating.\nWe will study this phenomenon from various points of
