| 内容記述 | 本研究の目標は，より多くの人々に高い性能と感性評価を有する衛生用マスクを提案することである．その基礎研究として，日本人若年男女132名分の頭部形状データに基づき，三角形を組み合わせることにより，高いフィット性を有する口当てシートのプライマリーパターン(型紙)を解析した．また，市販マスク口当てシートと顔面間の距離を10mm間隔の格子状に三次元動作解析装置を用いて計測し，着用者の小鼻付近に見られる隙間が鼻と口部分へと連続して存在するマクロな隙間経路を可視化した． | |||||

| 内容記述 | We proposed the development of a high-performance and comfortable hygienic facemask for global distribution. Based on the three-dimensional coordinates of the shape of the heads of 132 Japanese youth, we analyzed the primary sheet pattern with high-fit performance by combining triangles. Furthermore, the distances between the mannequin’s face and available sheet in the market were measured on a 10-mm grid using three-dimensional motion analyzer. From the observed distribution, we visualized the macro air gap paths from the edge of the sheet around the wearer’s nose wing to the area of the nose and mouth. | |||||
