 note = {(１）環境政策形成史の研究については、主に以下のような領域で成果を得ることができた。 ①環境経済学の発展過程における「宮本経済学」の意義。　②法理論と環境政策の相互連関。　③新たな地域政策の展開過程の環境政策への影響。　④コミュニティ政策・住民参加の発展と環境政策の相互作用。
（２）今後の環境政策の発展に貢献し得る研究では、主に以下のような領域で成果を挙げることができた。 ①公共事業と経済の接続における最新の変化。　②地域的再生可能エネルギー事業の役割。　③分権化の進展による 環境政策展開の可能性。(１)(２)の研究成果の一部は、碇山洋編『日本における環境政策形成をめぐる諸問題』に収められた。, (1)Study on the evolution of environmental polcy: 1)The sgnificance of Miyamoto Kenichi's environmental theoly; 2)The interaction between the law theory and the environment policy; 3)The influence of the evolution of regional policy on environment policy; 4)The interaction between the evolution of community polcy and the environmental policy.
