The verification of hepatic arterial embolization with the emulsion of OK-432 and lipiodol was abandoned because selective hepatic artery embolization of rabbits resulted in unexpectedly large infarction, and immunostimulation could not be expected. We have developed a simple freezing system for animal experiments and confirmed its cooling performance.
