| 内容記述 | The qualitative research was conducted with Faculty Developers at universities and colleges, including the principal investigator. The process of intervention in individual and organizational reflective educational practice through dialogue was examined based on action research. Through benchmarking based on interviews with U.S. developers, development and implementation of a facilitation-based interactive training program, support for online classes and HyFlex classes, implementation of workshops aimed at forming Faculty Learning Communities, and the process of establishing a Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL). The process of launching the program was advanced. In the future, the practical issue remains to verify the effectiveness of the CTLs in terms of its impact on the formation of a culture of teaching and learning. | |||||

| 内容記述 | 本研究では、研究代表者を含む大学・短大のFD担当者（ディベロッパー）等を対象にした質的研究を行う。対話によって為す個人と組織の省察的教育実践への介入の過程をアクション・リサーチに基づいて検証する。米国ディベロッパーへのインタビュー調査に基づいたベンチマーク、ファシリテーションによる対話型研修プログラムの開発と実践を通し、オンライン授業・ハイフレックス授業の支援、ファカルティ・ラーニング・コミュニティの形成を目指したワークショップの実施、大学教育センター立ち上げのプロセスを進めた。今後、大学教育センターが、教育と学習に関する文化形成にもたらす影響に関する効果検証が実践上の課題として残されている。 | |||||
