| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、依存症に関わる医療者や支援者が依存者の行為者性を再考するのに資する責任評価の思考枠組みを構築することであった。T・スキャンロンの非難の関係性理論に基づきこの枠組みを示した。すなわち、依存症者の行動の責任を適切に評価するためには、評価者と依存症者との間に適切な関係が必要であり、その関係を構成する規範の考察を通じて、非難することの妥当性および非難のあり方が決定される。また、依存症者と個別的関係をもたない者は非難する資格をもたず、強い非難は逆に道徳的非難に値することを示した。 以上の研究成果は共著書『心の臨床を哲学する』（新曜社、2020年5月出版）掲載の論文にまとめられた。 |

| 内容記述 | This research objective is to construct a frame of evaluating the addictive behaviors of severe addicts, which could contribute to health workers to rethink over their agency. Relying on T. M. Scanlon's theory of blame, I have shown that we need a particular relation with individual addicts to blame them, that considering the norms of the relationship reveals whether and how to blame them, and that anyone can not blame addicts without such a relation. This frame of evaluation is published in the book "Philosophy of Psychiatry & Psychology." |
