In particular, we designed a structural model of interfacial chains that can be applied for both atomic force microscopy (AFM) and defocus imaging using super-resolution fluorescence microscopy. As a result, we were able to introduce the interfacial chains by coupling reaction at the interface using Huisgen cycloaddition and visualize its structural changes by AFM. In addition, the orientation and dynamics of the interfacial chain model were evaluated by the defocused patterns obtained by fluorescence defocus imaging.
