| 内容記述 | Muro Saisei wrote many dynastic novels during the Second World War, as well as many poems. Works of the same period would generally be connected, but in evaluations of Saisei's dyn邸ticnovels and his contemporaneous poems the former are mainly criticized for Saisei's misunderstanding of the classics and his lack of writing compared to the classics; yet, they are valued for the beauty of lyricism and creation. In contrast, poems of the same period are criticized for giving assistance with war. When he edited The Whole Poetry of Muro Saisei published by Tikumasyobou, he deleted many oftl1is period's poems about the war. He said that he "didn't want to see the impurity of his heart" when it comes to the war. In this way, the connection between Saisei's dynastic novels and his contemporaneous poems is divided. However, a comparison of Saisei's dynastic novels with his poems of the same period reveals many similarities. In this paper, we compare the collection of dynastic novels, Muro Saisei's Haginojyou, with the collections of poems from the same period, his Miikusa and Nihonnbironn, and study their common points. Then, I will analyze the relationship between them and explore hidden facts and their significance. | |||||
