| 内容記述 | 本研究では日本の高齢者を中心として，新たな買い物弱者に目を向けたものである．具体的には，店舗までの距離ならず，買い物環境に対する多様な不満が買い物の不便に繋がりうると考えられる「潜在的買い物弱者」に着目をした． 都市計画やまちづくりの観点から，潜在的買い物弱者の発生要因やその特徴，該当者が有する問題について定量的な分析を行い，潜在的買い物弱者は距離以外にも，他のアクセス面や店舗の質に対する不満が買い物不便に繋がるという問題の構造，該当者になりやすい人々の特徴を把握する事ができた．また，問題の改善に向けて近居や移動販売等の有効な対策の効果とその望ましい在り方を提示する事ができた． |

| 内容記述 | This study focuses on new type of disadvantaged shoppers, named “potentially disadvantaged shoppers”. Using questionnaire surveys conducted in suburban residential areas, we mainly focused on the relationship between various dissatisfaction (including dissatisfaction with distance to the stores) of individuals and their difficulty of daily shopping. We also tried to evaluate the effectiveness of countermeasures against the potentially disadvantaged shoppers' problems. From the perspective of urban planning, we mainly clarified1) the factors that caused the potentially vulnerable shoppers, 2) their characteristics, and the 3) effectiveness of existing countermeasures against this problem. In Japan, the aging population is increasing and the problem of disadvantaged shoppers will be occurred in many regions. Our results will give new implications to solve the disadvantaged shoppers problems. |
