| 内容記述 | 本研究では、古代日本と中国唐王朝における禁軍である衛府を対象とし、主に法制比較の手法を取って、両者の比較検討を行った。その結果、軍事徴発・軍事力管理・軍事儀礼などの観点から、中央軍事力の特色の一端を解明した。さらに北宋天聖令研究の深化を踏まえて、現在は散逸している唐の宮衛令の復原を推進した。加えて、唐令の復原根拠となる各史料自体の再検証も行った。以上の研究成果を、学会報告や著書として発表した。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In this study, I compared the Forbidden Troops which was called Efu in Ancient Japan and Tang China by taking the technique of the legislation comparison mainly. As a result, from the viewpoint of military requisition, armaments management, military affairs courtesy, I elucidated one end of the characteristic of the central armaments. Furthermore, based on deepening of the research of Tensei Rei 天聖令, I promoted the reconstruction of Kyuei Rei 宮衛令 of Tang China. In addition, I re-inspected each historical materials which become the reconstruction basis of the Tang law. I presented these results at a conference, and made public a book about this topic. | |||||
