It has potential for use in geography, environment and disaster prevention education. The purpose of this study is to clarify the possibility of educational use of location-based AR system. For this purpose, we have developed a location-based AR system and used it in the classroom. As a result, it was found that the use of AR has the effect of deepening students' regional awareness.\nIn particular, it was clarified that the combination of GIS and AR is effective.
