| 内容記述 | This study aims to develop methods that are able to solve in real time large-scale scheduling problems. In the fiscal year 2019, we proposed equations and a model to estimate the completion time of a job based on information such as the due date, processing time, number of remaining workstations, and remaining processing time of the job. Based on the model, in the fiscal year 2020, we proposed methods to determine in real time the sequence of processing jobs for a real factory and verified the effectiveness by using data of the factory. In the fiscal year 2021, we built a more general model to cope with similar problems and verified the effectiveness by using various types of data. | |||||

| 内容記述 | 本研究は、大規模生産スケジューリング問題をオンラインで解決できる方法を開発する。2019年度は、ジョブの納期や処理時間・残りワークステーションの数・残り処理時間などの情報からジョブの完成時刻を予測する式とモデルを提案した。それに基づき、2020年度は、連携の工場における実際の問題を対象に、ワークステーションごとに行う処理待ちジョブのリアルタイム並び替え方法を提案し、工場のデータを用いて検証を行った。2021年度は、工場以外の類似問題にも対応できるような汎用モデルを立て、幅広い検証を行った。 | |||||
