| 内容記述 | 本研究は皮膚・排泄ケア認定看護師が医療チームのリーダーとして組織を管理する知識とスキルを身につけると共に、活動に対する精神的サポートを含めた教育をすべく、調整力及びストレス対処力を教育するプログラムを開発し、その有効性について検証した。その結果、プログラム実施前後の調整力尺度及び心理的well-being得点には統計学的有意差は見られなかった。しかしながら、本プログラムは、【ストラテジー習得】【頭や心の整理可能】【勇気づけられる】内容であり、 本プログラムを真に必要としている対象者にフォーカスを当てた内容に改善し、物理的負担を軽減することで、有効なプログラムとして活用できる可能性が示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This study developed and evaluated an E-learning program for wound, ostomy and continence nurses (WOCNs) that was designed to improve their knowledge and skills for organizing a care team for pressure ulcers in a hospital and supporting WOCNs’ mental health. The scores of the collaborative skill scale for WOCNs and the Ryff’s Scales of Psychological Well-Being were not significantly different before and after the intervention. However, the participants mentioned that this program enabled WOCNs to “learn strategies for organizing a care team for pressure ulcers in a hospital and managing WOCN’s stress” “organize WOCN's thought and sort out the mind” and “give oneself reassurance.” Next step, this program focused on those who require to improve their knowledge and skills for organizing a care team for pressure ulcers in a hospital and supporting WOCNs’ mental health and reduced the volume of contents. In the future, a revised program will be useful for WOCNs. | |||||
