 note = {本研究は、スペシャルトランスポートサービスについて、国内外を網羅した調査を実施し、高齢者や障がい者に対するアクセシビリティの確保や移動機会の保障のあり方に関する現状理解を深め、国際比較の観点からわが国における制度設計や制度改革に関する示唆を導出することが目的である。
文献調査、プレ調査、現地調査の3つの調査を通し、スペシャルトランスポートサービスの供給主体と制度設計のあり方に関する示唆を導き出すという当初の目的は達成され、同時にその主な供給主体であるNPO・住民組織と行政・利用者とのミクロ的関係等、今後いくつか考察すべき課題を見出すことができた。, The aim of this study conducted a survey the way how to guarantee against accessibility and movement opportunities for mobility impaired persons such as elderly and disable from the point of view of international comparison and derive the implications for design and institutional reform.
