They were divided into six groups for focus group discussions facilitated by an interview guide. Qualitative descriptive analysis focused on data relating to the work environments which were considered necessary to achieve favorable outcomes and were successfully put in place or those which failed to be in place despite their consideration. \n Results: The work environments the public health nurses and other health professionals considered necessary to improve the outcomes of new public health projects were divided into five categories and 15 subcategories. The categories included “OJT to meet new needs for learning,” “framework for adequate management of duties to reduce individual workloads,” “equipment or system to enable easy access of key information,” “a workplace culture that facilitates mutual understanding,” and “collaboration/cooperation-oriented workplace with a positive and friendly atmosphere.” \nDiscussion: The results indicate that the work environments necessary to further improve the outcomes can generally be divided into two types: work environments that fit the characteristics of a new project on an ad-hoc basis when it is introduced, and work environments that should routinely already be in place. This suggests the necessity of having close communication among public health nurses and workplaces not only when a new project is introduced but also on a routine basis. From now on, we need to identify work environments that are particularly difficult for public health nurses and other health professionals to put in place, and investigate the roles of public health nurse supervisors and managers.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_7_heading_33":{"attribute_name":"見出し","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_heading_banner_headline":"原著","subitem_heading_language":"ja"},{"subitem_heading_banner_headline":"Original Article ","subitem_heading_language":"en"}]},"item_7_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.24517/00059316","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_7_publisher_17":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"Wellness and Health Care Society"}]},"item_7_publisher_19":{"attribute_name":"出版者(別名)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"ウェルネス・ヘルスケア学会 "}]},"item_7_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"2434-1509","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_7_version_type_25":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"小出, 恵子"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"94172","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"桂, 晶子"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"94173","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"表, 志津子"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"226","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"},{"nameIdentifier":"10320904","nameIdentifierScheme":"e-Rad","nameIdentifierURI":"https://kaken.nii.ac.jp/ja/search/?qm=10320904"},{"nameIdentifier":"10320904","nameIdentifierScheme":"金沢大学研究者情報","nameIdentifierURI":"http://ridb.kanazawa-u.ac.jp/public/detail.php?kaken=10320904"},{"nameIdentifier":"10320904","nameIdentifierScheme":"研究者番号","nameIdentifierURI":"https://nrid.nii.ac.jp/nrid/1000010320904"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"松尾, 和枝"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"94175","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"野口, 緑"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"94176","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2020-09-03"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"2434-1509-44-1_61-69.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"1.5 MB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_11","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"2434-1509-44-1_61-69","url":"https://kanazawa-u.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/53030/files/2434-1509-44-1_61-69.pdf"},"version_id":"49f9bd6d-eb1f-4c96-b628-ae3040b6f5a4"}]},"item_keyword":{"attribute_name":"キーワード","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"public health nurse","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"workplace","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"community health services","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"outcome assessment","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"focus groups","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"jpn"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"新規保健事業の成果を高めるために市町村保健師が必要と認識する職場環境","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"新規保健事業の成果を高めるために市町村保健師が必要と認識する職場環境"},{"subitem_title":"Optimal work environments for municipal public health nurses required to improve outcomes in new public health projects","subitem_title_language":"en"}]},"item_type_id":"7","owner":"17","path":["3887"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2020-09-03"},"publish_date":"2020-09-03","publish_status":"0","recid":"53030","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["新規保健事業の成果を高めるために市町村保健師が必要と認識する職場環境"],"weko_creator_id":"17","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-07-27T15:36:45.162637+00:00"}
