Emi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"95578","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"},{"nameIdentifier":"70396331","nameIdentifierScheme":"e-Rad","nameIdentifierURI":"https://kaken.nii.ac.jp/ja/search/?qm=70396331"}]}]},"item_9_description_21":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究では、機能的に正常皮膚に近い3次元培養\"有色\"皮膚を作成し、潰瘍や熱傷後の皮膚欠損の治療に利用することを目標として研究を開始した。抜去毛に付着する細胞集団を用いて、皮膚を3次元構築し再生医療に用いることが現実的に可能であるのかどうかを検討した。マウスでは、約30本ほどに一本ほどの割合で抜去毛に色素幹細胞様の細胞(Dct-lacZトランスジェニックマウスの皮膚毛包内においてX-gal染色陽性の細胞)の付着が少数ながらみられた。このことからも、色素幹細胞周囲に位置する毛包バルジ領域の角化細胞も付着していると考えられた。しかしながら、ヒト頭髪、腋毛などの硬毛に付着する外毛根鞘細胞を調べたところ、毛包内バルジ領域の毛包上皮幹細胞に特異的に発現するサイトケラチン15陽性細胞は、殆ど認められなかった。次に、ヒトの抜去毛に付着する細胞を角化細胞の培養液やフィーダーを用いて試験管内で増やすことを試みた。抜去毛由来の外毛根鞘角化細胞と色素細胞は、ともにin
