Hideki"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"80000","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"},{"nameIdentifier":"40332663","nameIdentifierScheme":"e-Rad","nameIdentifierURI":"https://kaken.nii.ac.jp/ja/search/?qm=40332663"}]}]},"item_9_description_21":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究では,生体系で酸素-酸素結合の開裂および生成を含む酸素活性化反応を行う非ヘム金属タンパク質をモデルとし,様々な遷移金属イオンを用いた酸素活性種を含む金属錯体の合成研究を通してこれらタンパクの機能発現機構の解明と得られた酸素活性種を含む金属錯体の機能制御を目指した.\n1)酸素活性種を含むニッケル錯体:三脚型四座配位子を用いて,配位子のメチル基の水酸化反応を引き起こす一連の反応中間体を全て単離し,X線結晶構造解析により構造を明らかにした.配位子の酸化反応は,ビス(μ-スーパーオキソ)二核ニッケル(II)錯体から生成するビス(μ-オキソ)二核ニッケル(III)錯体が配位子のメチル基から水素原子を引き抜いてメチルラジカルを生成し,ここに酸素分子がトラップされてできるアルキルパーオキソ種の酸素-酸素が開列してアルデヒドを生成したのち,アルデヒドのカニッツアロ反応が起こって進行することがわかった,\n2)酸素活性種を含む鉄錯体:過炭酸イオンを含む単核鉄(III)錯体のパーオキソ部分が可逆的に酸素-酸素結合の開裂と再生を繰り返していることをESI-TOF/MSスペクトルと共鳴ラマンスペクトルを用いて世界で初めて明らかにした.\n3)酸素活性種を含む銅錯体:三脚型四座配位子を用いてビス(μ-ヒドロキソ)(μ-ハイドロパーオキソ)二核銅(II)錯体のX線結晶構造解析に成功し,この種は酸化能を持つことを明らかにした.さらに二核化配位子を含む二核銅(II)パーオキソ錯体では,配位子の芳香環の水酸化に加えて,銅酸素錯体で初めて外部基質のスチレンの定量的なエポキシ化やTHFの水酸化にも成功し,この反応は求電子的な反応で進むことを明らかにした.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_9_description_22":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"研究課題/領域番号:16750047,
