| 内容記述 | This is a case presentation of counseling for a mother, whose daughter was with school refusal, using pragmatic videotape analysis of her conversation with a counselor. The analysis helped her reflect on her communication, and she began to feel that she did not listen to her daughter during the analysis session. A week later, she reported that she started to experience watching herself objectively during conversation with her daughter. This case suggested the efficacy of pragmatic videotape analysis on promoting her metacognition of communication and on improving her relationship with her daughter. | |||||
