{"created":"2023-07-27T06:58:38.762925+00:00","id":57461,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"0e9fcd13-1b6e-4d89-b043-fde9895d6231"},"_deposit":{"created_by":18,"id":"57461","owners":[18],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"57461"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:kanazawa-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00057461","sets":["2812:2813:2830"]},"author_link":["31482","101281"],"item_9_biblio_info_8":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2005-04-18","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageStart":"2p.","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"2001 – 2003","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"平成15(2003)年度 科学研究費補助金 基盤研究(C) 研究成果報告書概要"},{"bibliographic_title":"2003 Fiscal Year Final Research Report Summary","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_9_creator_33":{"attribute_name":"著者別表示","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{}]}]},"item_9_description_21":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"内視鏡(腹腔鏡)手術は1990年頃に本邦に導入されて以来急速に発展し、外科臨床全体に大きな変革をもたらした。この手術法は従来の開腹手術に比較して患者への侵襲や負担が小さく、術後早期の回復が見込め入院期間の短縮・早期の社会復帰が可能なことから、近年本邦をはじめとする世界各国において盛んに行われるようになった。しかし、この内視鏡手術では術者がモニターに提示された限られた術野をみながら鉗子類で非直接的な手術を行う関係上、術者の「目」である内視鏡の操作が、術者以外の者の手にゆだねられているという問題が発生する。\n本研究では、見たい部分に視線を動かすという人間の自然な動作に着目した。そして術者の視線移動による腹腔鏡操作インタフェイスを作製し,腹腔鏡操作助手ロボットの設計原理を確立した後にそのロボットを作製して安全で確実な腹腔鏡手術をサポートすることを目的とした。そのために我々はまず術者の視線方向検出システムを平成13年度に作製し,平成14年度に術者の視線追従装置のプロトタイプを開発した。そしてこの視線追従装置を使用して視覚作業中の認知負荷の作業効率と眼球連動への影響について検討し、視線追従によるインタフェイス設計上の問題点を明らかにした。平成15年度には腹腔鏡(カメラ)駆動装置を簡易的に作製し視線追従システムと合体させ、視線追従による腹腔鏡操作が有効であるかどうか検討した。本システムは1)視線検出装置、2)腹腔鏡操作アーム、3)カメラおよびモニタ、4)マイクロコンピュータからなり、4)上で5)視線検出プログラム、6)アーム駆動プログラムを走らせることにより作動する。本研究で開発した視線を制御信号にしたカメラの一位置の駆動装置は基本的には人間も組み込んだ一種のフィードバック制御システムとなり、視線の位置情報によってカメラの位置を動かすことできたことから、この手法の有効性が確認された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"Laparoscopic surgery has become more popular with many postoperative benefits for patient. In laparoscopic surgery, however, the cooperation between a surgeon and a camera assistant is important, because the surgeon's view field is relegated to the camera assistant. It may be better that a robotic hand is well developed and manipulates a laparoscope more effectively than camera assistant to show a target as the surgeon aimed. In this study, we developed a simple and small positioning system for laparoscopic camera that is manipulated by the surgeon's viewpoint on the imaging monitor for reducing his effort with camera control. This system is composed with eye point detection system, micro-controller(PIC), linkage mechanism and two stepping motors. The control signals to the system are analogs with voltage that indicate coordinate values of the eye point on the imaging monitor. The motor controlling program is described with assembly language for effective and fast positioning of the camera.
