The surfactants formed a lyotropic liquid crystal in the presence of water. In the potassium salt systems, liquid crystalline phase existed above 330K, and the lyotropic liquid crystals of the triethanolammonium salts were observed below 350K. The type of a liquid crystal, which was determined in the system of the triethanolammonium salts, depended on the surfactant concentration and temperature. There was a smectic liquid crystalline phase in the wide concentration range. At high temperature, nematic liquid crystals appeared in the high surfactant concentration, while at low temperature, decreasing the concentration produced phase transition from the smectic phase to a cholesteric liquid crystalline phase.}, pages = {73--77}, title = {N,N'ージアシル L―リジン型界面活性剤の形成するリオトロピック液晶}, volume = {18}, year = {1985} }
